Hanks, Wallace & Associates, LLC is a woman owned accounting firm based in Austin, Texas with a branch office in Blanco Texas. Both Elaine Hanks, managing partner, and her partner Kayla Wallace, have been performing audits and providing tax and accounting assistance for all types of non-public entities for more than a combined 38 years, With a specialty focus of services specific to non-profit, governmental, and electric utility cooperatives, their expertise is a valuable tool to assist with your bookkeeping, federal and state taxes, and auditing needs.

Elaine Hanks established her Austin based firm in 2002. Kayla Wallace joined her team in October 2011 to form the Hanks, Wallace & Associates, LLC partnership. The two opened their Blanco Texas office in January 2012. Ms. Hanks is a 1992 graduate of Tarleton State University where she obtained her BBA in Accounting. Ms. Wallace is a 1994 graduate of East Texas State University where she obtained her BBA in Accounting. Both partners are licensed certified public accountants in the State of Texas.

Training for all professional staff members of this firm is obtained through professional development courses, taught by state approved continuing professional education providers, related to governmental and general auditing, RUS audits of electric cooperatives, single audits, municipalities, and not-for-profit entities, with additional annual updates for other audit, tax and accounting issues.
